Primavera Loix Apartaments puts all five senses into making the stay of its clients perfect, which is why we put at your disposal a series of frequently asked questions so that you can solve all your doubts before staying with us. When is Check In? When can I enter my room?

We inform you that the rooms are available from 4:00 p.m. However, if you tell us the time of your arrival, we will do everything possible so that you can enjoy your room as soon as possible.

We take this opportunity to inform you that the hotel has a free porter service, so you can leave your bags and enjoy the hotel's facilities and services as soon as you arrive.

What is the time of departure / check out of the rooms?

The apartment must be vacated at 10.00 hrs. However, you can continue to enjoy the services and facilities throughout the day.

If you want to enjoy a few more hours of your vacation, ask at reception for the Late Check Out service and relax with us until the last minute (subject to availability and is a supplement to your reservation).

Is a security deposit required?

A deposit of €200/apartment must be left on arrival as a guarantee. The deposit must be made by credit card and will be returned after departure within 72 hours. For groups, the deposit is global for the whole group and is not partially refunded. When all the apartments of the group are empty, we will make a check of all the apartments included in the reservation and the refund will be considered if there has been no damage. Otherwise, the amount of damages will be subtracted from the total amount of the deposit delivered and the rest will be returned. The holder of the reservation is responsible for the payment of the breakage deposit and will be the receiver of the refund the day of check-out.

Do you have parking available? Is free?

The appartments have parking available for its clients. If you book on our website, we offer you the possibility to reserve the place with a supplement (subject to availability)

Are cots available?

Yes, at the appartments we have cots available for our youngest guests. Do not forget to reserve your crib for free at the time of making your reservation (subject to availability).

What are the pool hours? Is it open all year round?

Our swimming pool is open from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. throughout the year.

Are there hot tubs? What are the hours for the hot tubs? Are they open all year?

Yes, in Primavera Loix we have 2 Jacuzzis. Its hours are like the pool, from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. They are available in mid and high season, do not hesitate to ask us and we will inform you.

How often are the apartments cleaned?

Cleaning and change of sheets is done every 5 days, in addition, towels are changed and garbage is removed every 3 days.

Do you have scooter service? Scooter parking?

Yes, from our reception we can help you rent the scooter that suits you best, single or two-seater and choose the delivery date. Both services are a supplement to your reservation.

Do you have taxi / airport transfer service?

Yes, from our reception we can help you request the taxi or means of transport that most interests you to get to the airport or any other destination. These services are a supplement to the cost of your reservation.

Do you accept pets?

We are sorry, but we do not accept pets.

Do you have luggage / luggage service?

No, but we have toilets with showers so you can clean up before you leave. And porter service so you can store your bags and thus continue enjoying your vacation until the last moment.
